Please choose carefully. Refunds will be available if you change your mind about the style or colour. Please read the following terms and conditions before processing your order.

All personal information is kept private. All information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a pleasure.
Secured Shopping
As we are concerned about your security, our shopping cart system uses an SSL server to protect your private information. SSL is an encryption feature built into web browsers, preventing access to the information exchanged between browser and server by anyone else. This protects the transfer of credit card details to the server. You should see a locked padlock before you need to enter any details about your payment to us.
Currency
Hair & Co Fashions imports high quality hair products into Australia. All sales are in Australian dollars. Purchasers outside Australia may pay by credit card only. The exchange rate will be calculated by the credit card bank and will appear on your statement in your local currency. If you want to know the cost in your own currency, just click on the currency conversion icon (bottom left on your screen) and choose your country from the pull-down menu. When you add an item to the shopping cart, both currencies will display in the dialog box.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BARTERCARD, Direct Bank Transfer (we will send you the BSB and Account details), or PayPal.
Shipping
Our system will automatically charge you shipping costs per item, however shipping charges vary depending on the number of items ordered. The actual shipping costs will be advised as soon as we process and confirm your order. Orders are generally shipped within three to four working days if the item is in stock. If the item is NOT in stock, then it will take approximately two weeks for delivery.
Shipping Delays
We do NOT take any responsibility for late shipment(s). However you will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery.
Sales Tax
Prices listed include a charge for GST. Orders for delivery outside Australia will NOT include the GST charge.
Refund Policy
WE DO REFUND , IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY! We will exchange any item ,
if we are notified of a problem (within 3 days of receipt).
Returns Policy
Hair & Co Fashions allows an exchange due to a change of mind for colour or style. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the request for an exchange item. The returned wig must be in the original packaging in which it came, not brushed and tags still attached, also in the original condition in which it was received. A restocking fee of $25 will be payable.
